So insistent are we on good standards that we make a point of asking our sellers and buyers for their feedback if they’ve used one of our recommended suppliers. If someone on our list appears to have dropped their standards, we have a quiet word in their ear. If it continues to happen, we no longer recommend them. You pay us to put you first, not them.

Our most popular service is making sure the utility meters have been read, suppliers changed and services, such as broadband and telephone, connected ready for moving day. These are often the most irritating, time-consuming issues to sort out after you have moved in.
Broadband connections in particular can take several weeks to get up and running and our clients appreciate that Campbells can take care of this and have it ready and waiting for them when they arrive so they can send all their friends and family emails of their new home!
